When this information applies

Seed Script Digital operates from Pakistan. EU GDPR or UK GDPR may apply to particular processing, including relevant services offered to people in those regions or monitoring of their behaviour. Applicability depends on the circumstances; this page does not claim certification or that every website interaction is governed by GDPR.

The Privacy Policy explains the information handled by this website, its purposes, recipients, retention criteria and international processing. Seed Script Digital acts as controller for its website and direct business enquiries. Client project data is governed by the relevant project roles and agreements.

Rights you can request

Where the applicable law gives you these rights, you can ask us to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal data and provide access to it.
  • Correct inaccurate information or complete incomplete information.
  • Erase information where the legal conditions are met; some records may need to be retained.
  • Restrict processing in the circumstances provided by law.
  • Provide eligible information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format where portability applies.
  • Consider an objection to processing based on legitimate interests; object to direct marketing at any time.
  • Withdraw consent to optional processing without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

How to make a request

Email info@seedscriptdigital.com with the subject “Data protection request”. Describe the right you want to exercise and the information or interaction involved. Where possible, use the email address you used to contact us.

We may ask for proportionate additional information if needed to verify identity or locate a record. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information unless we request what is necessary through an appropriate channel. A website account is not required to make a request.

What happens next

Where GDPR applies, we respond without undue delay and normally within one month of receiving a request. If an extension is permitted because of complexity or the number of requests, we explain the reason within the initial month; the permitted extension can be up to two additional months.

Requests are normally free. Where the law permits a charge or refusal for a manifestly unfounded or excessive request, we explain the decision. If a right is limited by a legal requirement or another person’s rights, we explain the relevant reason and available complaint route.

Consent and automated decisions

Use Analytics preferences in the footer to withdraw or change analytics permission. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track opt-out, our analytics adapter keeps analytics disabled.

The website does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you solely through automated processing. Showing AI-powered projects in the portfolio does not mean your enquiry is submitted to those applications or used to train an AI model.

Providers, transfers and client work

Website enquiries may be handled in Pakistan, and our hosting, mailbox and analytics providers may process data internationally. Where GDPR applies, any restricted transfer needs an appropriate legal mechanism. Ask us for details relevant to your information.

If a proposed project requires us to process personal data on your behalf, controller/processor roles, instructions, security, subprocessors, retention and any required transfer terms must be agreed before that processing begins. This website page is not a substitute for a data processing agreement.

Raise a concern

Contact info@seedscriptdigital.com if you have a concern about our handling of your information. You also have the right, where applicable, to contact the competent data protection authority, including in the country of your habitual residence, workplace or alleged infringement.

The European Data Protection Board directory links to EEA authorities; UK concerns can be raised with the Information Commissioner’s Office. You do not need our permission to complain to an authority.

What this controls

Analytics data is shared with Google to help us understand how the site is used. Declining keeps analytics off. The site and contact form work either way. Read our Cookie Policy.
